We honor the Amateur Spirit upon which the sport was founded and champion the Running Class – the non-professional yet competitive runners dedicated to the pursuit of personal excellence. We offer well-considered, authentic products for training, racing and recovery. Our aim is to celebrate, support and add to running’s distinct culture.

Our office and flagship retail store are located at 285 Newbury Street in Boston’s historic Back Bay neighborhood. We host group workouts for all ability levels on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday, followed by recovery snacks and beverages on the roof deck. Our space is bright, airy and distinct, filled with ambitious and original thinkers. We’re always looking for great talent as we continue to grow the team.

Part-Time Customer Service Representative

Boston, MA or Remote

Tracksmith is looking for a Part-time Customer Service Representative to help elevate and strengthen our brand message through daily interactions with customers. The ideal candidate has proven written and verbal communication skills. The candidate should be comfortable answering inbound calls, chats, emails, and social media messages in a professional, accurate, and timely manner.

Tracksmith is a nimble team of highly motivated and productive individuals. It is a fast-paced environment with high expectations across the organization. However, we put a strong focus on quality – both the quality of what we produce and the quality of life for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain positive relationships with Customers by providing prompt, courteous, and accurate customer service.
• Interact effectively and professionally with peers, other departments, and business partners, representing the company in a positive and supportive manner always.
• Problem solve complex issues that involve various programs and partners, initiating personalized solutions for customers.
• Adhere to department policies and procedures.
• Take ownership of continued education and participate in ongoing training as assigned.
• Other projects or tasks as assigned.


You have continuously proven yourself academically, personally and professionally. You have strong customer-focused communication skills and active listening. You have strong organizational skills with the ability to perform multiple tasks and adjust quickly in short timeframes with limited supervision. Knowledge of Zendesk and Shopify are a benefit. You thrive in a changing business environment and are flexible and committed to achieving goals. An interest and understanding of the sport is desirable.

Director of Finance - Boston

The Director of Finance will oversee and execute all of Tracksmith’s financial operations. Reporting to the CEO, you will bring best practices and solid hands-on skills in strategic planning and analysis, accounting operations, and financial management. As a leader who is comfortable in a growing startup environment, you will work with our leadership team to drive results and will be responsible for taking the lead on financials, budgeting, and reporting.


• Lead overall strategy and execution across all financial areas, including: FP&A, Treasury, Compliance and Accounting
• Manage all short-term and long-term financial reporting and budgeting
• Lead financial models and forecasting process on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis to support the company's growth objectives
• Lead the process of creating monthly/quarterly/annual cash flow reports, financial statements, investor materials, and other reports
• Oversee existing internal finance & accounting resources, and assist in the ongoing management of 3rd party professional service providers
• Manage relationships with the company’s accounting, finance, banking, investment, and insurance vendors.


• Bachelor’s degree with and major in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 8+ years of experience and growth within the finance field
• 2+ years of experience managing finance/accounting professionals including hiring, onboarding and performance management
• Highly organized and adaptable with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience at an omni-channel apparel company a plus

Retail and Community Associate

Since we opened the Trackhouse doors in 2017, we’ve been growing our presence on Newbury Street. More that just a retail space, the Trackhouse is where runners come to train, connect, relax and indulge themselves in the sport they love. We’re looking for team members to help enhance the customer experience at the Trackhouse, guiding their retail journey and engaging them as athletes.


• Strong retail experience and running background or interest.
• Experience in supporting and executing special events.
• Availability for at least 5 weekend days a month, 15-20 hours per week.
• Great interpersonal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and organization.
• General knowledge of the Tracksmith brand and the Boston running community.
